Been in Costa Rica for the last week. Lots of hiking, swimming and just moving! Reppelling into waterfalls and ziplinning through a cloud forest on the side of a volcano was def a highlight! But I am finally home and the weights are crying! TIME TO GET BACK AFTER IT!

Start cutting today and I had to enjoy my first day. So I had fasted cardio (swimming) in the morning then worked quads, lower abs and calves. Ended the day with 30 min cardio on elliptical
