The HARD ASS Crew it a motivational group for people who want a little extra push. We're starting a 12 week transformation May 11th, and anyone who is dedicated enough can join us. <br />
We called this group HARD ASS for a reason. We'll be here to motivate you periodically but since we're not there in the gym or at home, you have to motivate yourself. Do you have what it takes to be a HARD ASS?? <br />

Note: Hard asses need only apply. No whiners, no cheaters, and no nudity. Hard asses take themselves seriously and want to show their body in a fitness minded way.
