The Classic Physique

This group is dedicated towards transforming our bodies with the classic physique ideals in mind. We define a classic physique as follows -
a) A classic physique is one that is not overtly big. Mass monsters *is not equal to* a classic physique
b) A classic physique should be proportionate and symmetrical. Symetry and proportions cant be sacrificed for size
c) A classic physique is ripped, but not excessively ripped. Some degree of vascularity is good. But excessive vascularity is not desirable.
d) A classic physique is one that can be built without any kind of steroids or overcomplicated supplements. Protein, creatine and glutamine is probably the max supplementation needed for classic bodies.
e) A big gut is not allowed.
