We are tired of our brothers and sisters dying from heart attacks. So, we need to take a stand right now to change this statistic by keeping ourselves healthy and strong. Lets stand together and encourage each other to hit the gym, the street or wherever to stay healthy. Everyone is welcome to join this group to stand with firefighters to fight heart disease, the leading cause of firefighter death in the U.S.
