50% of the population in the US and Canada is over 50 years-of-age. As Masters, we need to train differently than a 20 something athlete to achieve the desired results to be able to step up on a bodybuilding stage in good enough shape to win our class. We are a group of dedicated senior athletes who inspire men and women of all ages though the simple fact that in spite of the affects of aging, we can remain active and competitive in our sport. We keep the bar raised high.
