I am doing cardio M-F and I lifting weights on M & F. I have read to get my protein supplement in right after lifting weights. The questions I have are:
On M & F if I lift first and cardio second, would I take a protein supplement in between weights and cardio for best results or wait until after cardio?
On T, W, Th when I am doing only cardio, should I take a protein supplement after or is there something else because it is cardio only?

I would take your protein right after your weight training. I also have read that you have a small window where your body will take in protein right after then waiting till you get home.
