ok, a couple things right off the top. If you are eating properly your weight will change. now depending on your goals, depends on how you adjust your diet. Most folks want lean muscle mass with limited body fat.
your workout looks pretty decent, looks like you are missing forearm and calf work. Arms aren't complete without forearms and legs are complete without calfs...get to it!
As for your diet...this is what makes or breaks you.
for carbs all you have is a apple and broccoli (fibrous carbs) you are going to find it very hard if not impossible to gain muscle mass and drop unwanted body fat without carbs. I would add a 1/2 ( dry measure) of old fashioned rolled oats for breakfast, 1/2 of brown rice for lunch and maybe even a 1/2 for dinner as well. Throw in a salad ( lettuce, peppers, tomatoes, cucumber, onions ..etc) oil/vinegar for dressing. Also, rotate your veggies out from time to time with spinach, asparagus any green leafy veggie is good, swap the brown rice for sweet potato or yams. Get a variety of foods. this will help fuel your works and make each one count. If you need to cut the fat...try adding cardio and cycle your carbs...have low and high days...or you can drop you carbs to 100 grams or so and do a re-feed every 2-3 days. whatever you do...get those carbs in your diet...eat good, workout hard and GROW!!
