1. How can you lose weight with such limited movement?
2. What equipment can be used, assuming average arm strength, little hand function,
and, again, no muscle control from the chest down?
3. Which supplements work best for muscle building and fat burning?
This is where you are supposed to help me and others. I have some ideas, but let's get everyone's opinion.
