Hello ladies, we are all here for the same reason: loosing that fat and replacing it with some good muscles. I would like to present a challenge for all those interested.
The challenge will consist loosing 8-10Lbs in a month period (at least 2lbs every week), therefore November 17th 2009. All are welcomed to participate. Contestants are encouraged to post weekly progress on the forum. The aim of this challenge is to keep up with workout and stay motivated.

P.S. For all those who can not afford a personal trainer, bodybuilding.com offers a free 12-week transformation program with great workouts. I am currently using it and it helps me stay motivated:)
