I have been vegetarian all my life. In the last 6 months, I took control of my nutrition eliminating junk and fatty foods. Targeting fruits and multiple meals like vegetarian burgers, dry fruits, milk, protein powder through course of the day. Usually, I will fast as well once or twice a week and focus on fruits and protein only for the day. Exercise program where one day I will perform high intensity body only exercises followed by weights next day. I did good in the beginning losing 10 lbs and 3 inches off the waist.
Now for some reason, I have gained all that weight back and my waist is increasing as well. Confused. Any suggestions. Recommendations.
