Read your post. I mean, for my personal situation as I reported in my latest blog, all i can do is work harder to find a job and get back to what i love. I think maybe you need to find that love again for the gym. I hear your cry and Im saying in the most positive way, if u have the resources, make it happen. I do know that from time to time people can lose motivation and it during that time you press forward. You go to the gym and you stay on that diet and you look in the mirror and tell yourself..."Hellyeah! Im alive and healthy with a roof over my head..." and so on.. be thankful for what you have,change your negative mindset to a positive one. I assure you, ur gonna be motivated. Positive thinking is the key.
