I was wondering what supplements you guys are taking? what works for you? I know alot of supplements say on the disclaimer " DO NOT TAKE IF YOU HAVE DIABETES " but who really follows that anyways, I myself am currently taking Protein and a multi. However, when i lose the weight i want to lose i will be taking a multi-vitamine,protein,creatine,glutemine and a NO product. That is the regime i took when i was in my best shape 4 years ago and it worked for me, except the doctor told me not to take protein with casein in it, because it is very hard on our kidneys. WHAT ARE YOU GUYS TAKING?
