Does anyone in the group work our of town a lot? I'm out of town more oftern than not it seems so maintaining a routine is pretty hard for me.
Any good strategies for sticking to the diet and keeping motivated while puting 10 and 12 hour days. I have tree-nut allergies so it is really hard for me to find good nutritional and portable snacks that are not full of high fructose corn syrup and other crap. Any ideas/suggestions would be great.
