My name is Paul, live in Australia near Canberra, been here for 20yrs.....was fit back in high school but joined the public service and slowly declined from there....about 15yrs ago had a kick up the pants as I wanted to go skydiving but was too heavy so startes gym and MRP dropping 15kg in 3 weeks (115 to 100).....I now weigh in at 135kg......time to fix it properly now.
Have changed my approach to food, I don't need to it just because its there! Also doing cardio as a minimum on work out days however I have discovered that going for a walk up the side of a hill during lunch at work is equivalent to 30min on the bike!! Workout is split program Monday, Wed, Frid and Sat doing legs/calves, back/biceps/ab, chest/triceps, shoulders/abs respectively. I am two weeks down and loving it, not big gains (or loses) but feel better.
