Has anyone else noticed that there is always the same people with new progress pics up but have really not made any progress. Its like they have 20 pics of themselves and keep changing so they stay popular on this site. Also for a fitness site why do people take pics of themselves in very sexual poses and then get mad when someone trys to hit on them

Attention is the first key..attention to the hard work they are putting into there bodies. I know with my pics im just getting started so changes are subtle. I wish i can have pics taken when im in the locker room at my gym. I can really see the progress so much better.

as for the sexy poses...well yeah, I agree. but i think to play devils advocate. It is the body we are improving and like it is for a guy to do a double biceps pose or whatever its the same for a chick to get into a sexy pose.

Progress pictures are meant to motivate. If somebody worked really hard to get the body they want, why not show it off? If it makes the person happy with what they have accomplished and even makes them work even harder, then why not be happy for them? Negativety, no matter what way you look at it, is never a good thing...

For people like me it's motivation and a way to actually see whether or not anything's changing. That's why I take progress pics, even if they look the same!

Did anyone catch the naked ones lat10babe posted the other night. Those were gems. They are gone now but damn. I was surprised they got thru. So yeah sometimes there can be those that are just exhibitionist..

Im gonna be due for another set but will be my last till i can get to the gym again. I will at least try to add jogging around the block to keep up on cardio

Also the camera doesn't always show the progress as what we are seeing. You will see some changes and decide to take a picture to see if you can see any changes.
