as far as i know, creatine works best for me, its one of the only supplement without all the different energy stimulants and adrenaline releasing stuff that actually increases muscle endurance and power, increasing weight is kinda hard now, but when i cycle creatine i can push that extra 2.5kg to 5kg more, so give it a try, and plus it creates ATP which is needed in protien synthesis, in other words to create muscle lol, n shoguns next on ma list for stimulants, lots of people say its gud, n you just said it now
