you could, just make sure that you listen to your body and don't over do it in the first few weeks and wind up burning yourself out. I agree with you, as you start to make progress and get the hang of it you actually look forward to 'conquering' the workout, it was hard for me to slow down during the recovery week (a few days i actually tried out my friends Shaun T Insanity.... WOW!!) but i'm really looking forward to Phase 2.
