Hey guys this is my first time posting on here, so I wanted to introduce myself. Lee from GA, hobby is bodybuilding hoping to compete within the next year or two. Now question I have is I'm currently offseason and I'm low bodyfat and around 180ish but it fluxates. Would like to bulk for the rest of the year and come down for something next year. I have gotten up to 208 before which is heavy weight range and when I came down shredded I was 185. Thats light heavy range if I'm correct and I feel that it would be a good class for me but I'm sure i need to be at the top right near the cut off. So I know I have to get heavier and the question I really have is when bulking does your body get use to consuming large amounts of food and stop gaining, is it wise to cut intake after bulking for a while to confuse the body?
