Hey all, I started this post for everyone to post their weekly thoughts, workouts, losses, etc. so please feel free to jump in at anytime.
For me the last week went good, I worked out 5 days consistently and ate right. I lost a pound and my waist went down 1/2 inch this week! I will do full measurements and progress pics next Friday and am anxious to see what I have accomplished in this last 6 weeks. My bodyfat has reduced a ridiculous amount, the weight is holding on but slowly coming off so I'm happy.
