Hey guys! I'm kind of struggeling with a decision to either Totally lean down or stay big and build more muscle? On one hand by leaning down it would be easier to achieve ripped abs. I like the look that most people have on this site. On the flip side. I love being big (its all I've ever known) and I like lifting things I should not be lifting.Lol. I like walking into a room and knowing that if a fight breaks out I'm the last guy someone is gonna start a fight with.Lol. I'm currently maintaining at the 270 lb mark. My original goal was to be at 300- 330 lbs solid muscle. I would love to know what you guys think?

I'm not a dude, but I personally like the bigger guys. I am all about the masculine thing. BUT muscle is muscle. healthy is healthy. and lean is hard work too. I guess you just have to decide if you want to brag that you can fit into a size 28 jeans or a tshirt that fits your 28" guns... either way, you have my support.

Thanks Mandy. I really appreciate that. I have been thinking about it for a while. I get mixed opinions from my friends. Wow! 28 inch arms? Hahaha. My arms are not that BIG!!!. lol. Hulk Hogan had 24's (Unfortunitely, we all know how he got that big.) I'm STILL only rockin the the 19's right now. I'll be happy just being in the 20 mark.Lol. Hey, how is the cook book going? Damn I didn't know his arms were that big! I obviously pulled the 28in thing out of my ass (that did not sound good. roflmfao) anyway, your arms are almost as big as one of my things (they are lopsided, due to one being a tad longer than the other- weird. i know.) so yah, what is your family saying, if you don't mind me asking? the more input the more you have to weigh the decision. maybe you can go lead and if you don't like it, got back big... that would be a ton of work. i would be personally be pissed at myself for getting as far as you, going lean, hating it, then having to start all over again. kinda like me being pissed with losing a ton of weight (in bootcamp a long time ago) then gaining it all back and then some.. now look at me. freakin' pissed. haha.

Hey TEAM! Hope you guys have a good weekend. Hahaha. I don't mind. You guys can ask me anything. My family really doesn't care. It was weird for me growing up. Cause EVERYONE in my family has always been the skinny fit type and I was the odd ball.(funny how things turn out) Lol. When I was a kid me and my brother use to look alike. But for some reason I just kept getting bigger and bigger. Fortunitely, my height was climbing too (I think I'm still growing) Lol. I wouldn't want to get to lean cause then I would have a big head, hands, and feet on a small body. I would look like a CLOWN you know? Lol. You went to boot camp? I feel bad for those drill instructors. Lol. Your still working on your book? thats cool. I can't wait to hear about some of the other recipes you come up with. I think I'm goona stay big and build more muscle. Its rough but I like being different and I can help the smaller guys or girls who wanna get bigger. Summer vacation?
