This is a great one that I enjoy: The Power Protein Shake
In a blender; Two cups of milk, one fresh large banana, 1/4 cup of peanut butter (no more), two scoops of UAS 100% whey chocolate protein powder (or your favorite protein shake, but make sure its chocolate), and about a 1/2 cup of ice (I sometimes skip the ice).
I estimate the following;
Calories: 1032
Prot. = 76
Fat = 380
(not sure how many carbs there are, sorry, not really a concern to me right now)
