I would like people to post some PR's. Post as many or as few as you want. It will be good to see what other people have for number's and also see how people improve on those numbers.

I will start out with a few. Dead Lift 1RM - 425lbs, Max Pushups - 30, Max Kipping pullups 6, Tabata squats 8.... Thats all I can think of off the top of my head, have to look at my book to post more.

I'm still new to Crossfit (only been at it for 2 months), so my numbers are still a little on the low side, but I'm proud of them. Deadlift= 165 lbs, Back Squat= 100 lbs, Push Press= 75 lbs.
