Hello all. I currently live in the baltimore/dundalk area. I workout of my basement. I have all the basic equepment, power rack, BB with lots of plates, dbs from 8 to 75lbs, adjustable bench, resistance bands and chains, and cardio equipment. I have been in search of someone in the area who is very commited to lifting and wouldn't mind working out with me one or more times a week. Currently i am in the process of trainning for my first powerlifting meet at the end of july. It doesn't matter if you are into powerlifting or not , just looking for a lifting buddy to help stay modivated and to give a spot here and there to help push each other farther than workingout alone.
