Lets get straight to the point here, I am m looking for some exercises that will truly pack on some serious muscle. I work out in my garage currently, I have one dumbbell and a straight bar that i can put up to 150 lbs of weight on. Yeah i know, kicking it old school for sure. What are some hard core work outs i can do to make the most out of what i have? Any suggestions would help and would at least show me this blog is alive!
