I have heard different variations so I thought I would seek out the opinions of the group.
According to a trainer I know and "The truth about abs" you don't really need a lot of cardio at all in order to have great abs. I know that you can have abs that won't show if you have too much fat, even if they are muscular under the flab. Do you agree that diet, and core exercises with a few ab only exercises added in is what you need for great abs?
