I stay to lean meats. chicken, turkey, and tuna. My usual day looks like this. 6 am protien shake. i stick to brands with high protien low carbs. 9 am one pack of tuna and some frute. Noon Turkey sandwich on wheat and salad with little dressing. 3pm protien shake. 6pm 6 oz chicken breast and salad. 9pm protien shake. I find that 6 small meals throughout the day help keep the cravings down. also most of the carbs that i do eat are earlier in the day. hope this helps
