Right now i am in the middle of getting my diet together. What works for me before during and after workouts. Here is my problem: I workout late night, pretty much an hour and a half before the gym closes. When I get off I have a muscle milk and go to sleep. Any suggestions on post workout nutrition? Also I have taken everything under the sun as far a supplements; right now i like NO- Xplode and muscle milk for protein. I am looking for something that people have really experienced gains with, that don't bloat you, retain crazy water, and the minute you get off them to shrink like a balloon. So what do you think guys?
