Hi all, I've been pushing myself to the max and training extensively for about a year now and keep getting injuries on shoulder,tries and some chest My routine fluctuates every few weeks but I maintain the basic exercises. Here it goes
Monday chest,tris
Flat barbell bench 4 sets, 15,10,8,4-6
Incline Dumbell 4 sets, same
Incline flies 4 sets, same
Weighted dip machine, 4 sets , 15,12,10,10
cable push downs, 5 sets, 20, 15, 12,10,10
bent over rope pulls? 4 sets, 15,12,10,10
About two months ago I was doing military press with 80lbs dumbells each for about 4-6 reps on my last set and also incline dumbell bench press but then my right shoulder and right pectoral started bothering me now anything over 50 lbs starts to really hurt for either exercise. I took last week off and I may even take this week off but usually when I get to that weight again I have the same issues.
Am I moving up in weight to fast and am I too impatient. My goal is to be able to barbell bench 225 for 10 reps but the most I have been able to do was about 8 and then injuries again?
Also my meal plan is tight I try and get my protein in 6 times a day, I take Nano Vapour before my workout and creating after. Any help is appreciated??
