Just started using creatine post workout and seems to create intestinal disturbance for me. Any feedback? Also, started ginko biloba to help reduce cortisol due to wrokouts and stress. what products are working for any of you?

I have always used it as a pre workout supplement, make sure you drink ALOT of water while using it!!

Remember when loading on creatine though the water is IMPORTANT, alot of people, don't get that!
