I measured myself today after few weeks and I was a little surprised to find my calf at 15 inches, up from 14.5 inches. I haven't been working them specifically, just running a bit and doing squats and deadlifts. My biceps are back up to 14 inches after falling to about 13.5 recently. My weight is about the same at 168lbs. and my bodyfat the same at about 6.5%.
