Spider curls are great, that's doing a preacher curl but using the alternate side of the bench for those who have never done them. They really shake up the arm routine.
Also, on Delt day... Front DB raises, with a twist. DB at your side, palms towards the hips. But as you raise the weight, twist your palm towards the sky and bring the weight in towards your center line so that the when you lift it fully upwards it is directly in line with your face. This isolates the frontal delt and really does the trick for me.
