Anybody have advice for a thermogenic fat burner supplement eg; Hydroxycut or some other readily available OTC brand name? I am trying to follow the P90X nutrition guide as closely as possible but I would also like to use a supplement to augment my gains (losses, really!). I am not looking to overly complicate my life with crazy stacks, just want something I can take in the mornings or with meals or maybe before/after workouts.
