We have a lot of dormant people in our group. What can we do to get them active? Any suggestions? C'mon this is OUR team!

Nothing, because it seems obvious that they either don't want to participate or simply don't even read the bodygroup. Twosock is my oldest son and he reads, but rarely posts. Though he posts useless stuff on how own forum! :)

Using this forum would work better for many conversations - it'd keep each topic's chat grouped together. Unfortunately, they did a poor job of placing it, and I doubt many people even notice the forum link.

I'm with you, though. Getting involved generally helps the mindset and builds bonds.

Remaining dormant is usually the easy way when things aren't going well. From experience, I tend to hide away and lurk in the shaddows watching others progress while mine stalls out. Stupidly though, as I suspect this is the time most relevant to get involved and ask questions. I promise to mend my ways

Yes, that is actually the best time to make comments. To get feedback. To motivate yourself and maybe even motivate others at the same time!
