What's up guys! So I was training with my friend over the weekend. We were debating the age old question. " Is it better to lift with or without workout gloves or lifting straps. My friend seems to think that he is more macho than me because he doesn't use workout gloves. Lol. My opinion, I prefer to use gloves during certain workouts when lifting. Mainly cause I don't get blisters. But I kind of see his point (a little). But its not like they make magic gloves that enable you to pick up a house. Lol. I was curious what you guys think about this subject?
