In regards to coming a plateu. Could be a number of things, maybe some time off to give your body some rest ( i suggest 1- 2 weeks ).
Secondly, your mental drive. Ask yourself can you mentally prepare yourself better when it comes to training, especially deadlifts, they are one the hardest movements to do which put alot of strain on the body.
Finally. Are you being realistic with your goals, if you added 2kg to your deadlife a month, with proper form, that is alot of weight across the space of the year.
Have short & long terms goals, this will make it easier setting realistic goals.
