Hey guys, just joined too, been going strong since july, I'm 38, going for a total loss of 150, lost 26 already (8weeks). I wish you all success, it's a long journey so enjoy the ride, dont sweat the little stuff (those inexplicable gains, binges, hitting the wall, days you just dont feel like going to the gym, bad workouts), embrace those moments as a chance to learn.
