Started at 236 on 10/1, down 10 so far - living on steamed brocolli, grilled chicken and plain baked potatoes (1500 cal / day goal).
I hit the gym every day, but trying to quit smoking too, so cardio is a bear.
I am new to the site, and looking for other people in the same boat with me. BF is down from 26.4 to 24% so far, but a long way to go
