well I dont have much progress to speak of since I just started back on after being off a month due to not being focussed and stressed out. I finally got up and told myself that I will not let stress run my life and I always feel great after working out at the gym so I started bacj at the beginning of this week today was day 3 which on wednesdays I only do cardio no weights. Since I'm starting out slow and easy I only did 30 minutes of cardio instead of 60. going to work my way back up. I'm starting to feel better already. One day at a time :)

Well, the last 2 weeks, I haven't been at the gym either. But I have been doing some lifting at home and really concentrating on the diet. So far, its been almost 3 weeks of no sugar, rice and flour, like bread.
