My goals? I want to build muscle mass and strength. As much as I can with what time I've allowed myself to have left. Looking lean is cool but not a priority right now. Growing is. I'm on a constant quest to better myself every week.
Started in August of 2007 @ BW 201 lbs. Bench: 85 - Squat: 120 - Deadlift: 0
Current BW is 255 lbs. Bench: 245 - Squat: 315 - Deadlift: 365
My goals are to see those number consistently going up, month after month. Looking for 315 on bench, 405 on squat and 455 dealift by end of year.
BW goal by end of year is 265 with less BF than I'm carrying right now.
