I would first like to thank bdubdiesel for letting me join this group. I love the fact that everyone is motivated and busts their ass every time they step foot in the gym. I want to be just like everyone else in this group. But as a beginner, I really don't know exactly what I'm doing. I know a lot about bodybuilding, just haven't put it to use. I'd like any and all advice as far as a 4-day routine and a diet are concerned. I'm looking to cut down and lose weight before I try to get big.
