So I thought it might be interesting to share our connection to the med field, working out, etc.
As for me, I'm a neurosurgery resident. My schedule is very busy with long hours at the hospital. However, I make every effort I can to get to the gym on a regular basis. I love working out . . . trying to best my PRs, blowing off steam and improving my physique keeps me coming back for more. I also take the time to maintain a fairly healthy diet as that plays a key role as well. I do a mix of power lifting and regular lifts. So, that's the quick version
