One of the problems i faced was the number of days could i afford to spend time in the gym. If i spent 3 for example, then I would take more then an hour each day to get my workouts done. I settled on 4 and i get all my work done in less then an hour. How are you guys coming with school demands and your fitness schedule?

I only have class Mon Wed Fri. I work out everyday I can. Wed, I am the most busy, so I end up taking that day off. I work out every other day at least an hour, if not an hour and a half to 2 hours. I love the gym!
