this is a diet am planning to start from next week monday till i get my body fat down to single digits at most 8% hoping to get to 6%
i am planning to use the carb cycling diet i wil be goin days high carb for refeed and most days will be low carb with one day off day extermely low carbs if any
Low Carb Day(aiming for= (250g Protein, 100-150g carbs, 50g fat)
Before breakfast: 1scoop ON Whey,5g glutamine,2tablets BCAA,1 cup green tea
Cardio after that meal by about 45-60mins.....for about 20-30mins wil warm up for 10mins then high intensity interval
Meal 1: 1 scoop ON whey,5egg whites,Oatmeal,Spinach,Banana,Multivitamin,
Meal 2: 3cans of Tuna, half a handful peanuts, celery
Meal 3: Chicken Breast,Half handful peanuts, Broccli
Pre workout Meal:1-2 hours before workout=5egg whites,Oatmeal,Banana
30-45mins before workout=1scoop whey,Green Tea
Post Workout Meal:Immediatley after workout=1Scoop whey,5g glutamine,Banana
1-1.5 Hours after workout=chicken breast,brown rice,lettuce
Meal 6:Cottage cheese,1 flaxseed oil tablet

High Carb Day(aiming for= (170g protein, 300-400g carbs, 30g fat)
Meal 1: 1Scoop Whey,Oatmeal,Banana,Spinach,Multivitamin
Workout ===> 10 mins before finishing weights session 2BCAA ON tablets,5g Glutamine
Cardio Low intensity after weights for 30mins
Post Workout: Immediatley after workout=1scoop whey,banana
1-1.5 hours after workout=2cans tuna,Whole wheat pasta,Lettuce
Meal 3: Oatmeal,Celery,5egg whites
Meal 4: Brown Rice, Chicken Breast,Broccli
Meal 5: Oatmeal,Chicken Breast
Meal 6:Can of tuna,tea spoon almond butter
Meal 7:Cottage cheese,Flax Seed oil tablet

No/extermely low carb day (aiming for= (250g protein, 50g carbs, 75g fat)
Meal 1: Oatmeal,1scoop Whey, Spinach, 5egg whites,Mulitivitamin,5g glutamine
Low Intensity Cardio(45mins) or sauna
Meal 2: 1scoop Whey, 5g glutamine,2BCAA,half handful peanuts
Meal 3:3cans of tuna, 1tea spoon almond butter,Lettuce
Meal 4:Chicken breast,Celery
Meal 5:Chicken breast,Half handful peanuts
Meal 6: 2Salmon Fillets,1flaxseed Oil tablet
Meal 7:cottage Cheese,10egg whites,1flax seed oil tablet

So thats the diet am planning to follow...i wil try havin High carb days on my hardest gym days.
i wud like if any experts on this area cud offer me advice if i need to change anything on the diet.
