Hello group.
I was wondering what you all thought of coffee drinking as a morning supplement for energy. I myself drink it occasionally. I can't say that it does anything different. However it does taste pretty good. I drink the next to the strongest flavor of coffee. In it I put Altern (which is off brand for Splenda) and I use "fat free" creamer. (maybe a tablespoon) I'm curious whether it is a help or a hinderance to my weight loss.
Good ol' coffee.
