Maybe someone out there has some advice for an ol' lady- seems the older I get, the harder it is to build and retain muscle- any advice as far as supplementation or workout plans? I do take BCAA's, glutamine, arginine, lots of vitamins, creatine on training days, and I eat clean, with lots of protein and good carbs. I train 5 days- legs 2 days, upper body 3 days, abs every other day, and I do cardio like spinning. What do all of you do?
