Any idea my body fat percentage?
This is where I started in February, 5'8" ~185 lbs, hadn't lifted in a decade.
This is where I am today, only lifted one week this whole month of April though. :(
Im in the middle of a cut. I still have roughly 10 pounds to cut from when this picture was taken. Possibly more. I need to get these abs to show.
