6'4'' 220 in these pics. I've been recomping all year. Strangely enough I'm not any leaner than I was, but I definitely put on some muscle, and I'm the same weight.
I store 90% of my fat on my midsection and chest. Yes, I have gyno. It looks better at a lower BF.

I have been working out and dieting for the past 79 days. Starting weight was 186 and today's weight is 180. I had my body fat percentage measured with calipers by a professional - I was told 9.4% with a -/+1% variation. Needless to say I think the results were incorrect. Oh and I'm 5'11.
