2 years workout

From 170 to 130

W went from 170lbs of lard, down to 130lbs I used IF to lose a lot of the weight, now using info from BB.com to get the muscle. Focusing on making all kinds of gainz. *Before picture is me standing on top of my boyfriend, sucking in my stomach.
