Did I lose muscle?

So recently the last couple days I was getting really bad heart burn which made me not want to eat. In other words Iv only gotten .7 grams of protein per pound of body weight the 3 days when I usually get .9-1 gram per pound. Also important to mention I'm bulking rn.
