Talking 425LB DEADLIFT AT 15 - Former anorexic/depressed/suicidal

About to cut for the first time

Been bulking for just over a year now, current macros are 460c, 200p, 110f and about to cut for the first time ever. Do I drop to maintenance for a few weeks or go straight into a deficit and can anyone recommend my macros for the start of a cut?

Do pullups build thickness in the back?

I don't understand....since a muscle is a piece of tissue that you can grow as you progress in strength. You do pull ups to apparently grow it wider but shouldn't it also grow thicker too? I mean your body isn't gonna increase the width alone? If I get to 2 plate weighted pulls, ain't I gonna...

Bulking would be a waste at 14% bf?

So about 2 months/ 1 and a half months ago I finished my 2 month cut and got down from 18% bf to about to about 13 to 14% which was a huge change. Since I started bulking I didn't gain any fat or very little and around 14% bf would it be a good idea to start cutting again to 10% bf thn bulk back up?
