Training Side Delts?

Can you train Side Delts as frequent as say, Calves. Because I would like to hit my Side Delts 3x a week but I do Pull, Push and Legs (Repeat) so they would have to get worked 2 days in a row, would that be bad and just do 2 days a week or fine? Thanks.

Calories on reload week?

Let's say I'm eating 3,100 calories to bulk. Do I eat that same amount on my deload week even though I'm not going as hard in the gym then normal and not burning as many calories. Or do I decrease cals?
