Best way to warm up before HEAVY lifting.

10lbs of frozen chicken only yields 6lbs of cooked chicken?

I typically only buy thawed, refrigerated chicken and cook it that night or the next. I was at Costco, and ended up buying a 10lb bag of frozen chicken. I weighed it out beforehand, and got 3lbs. I let it thaw in the refrigerator overnight, and cooked it the next day. When I weighed it again, after...

Why do some people do a 5 day split?

Why don't they do something like a P/P/L/P/P/L/Rest day sort of thing, or even a P/P/L/P/P/Rest/Rest if you only want to work out 5 days. Instead of something like Chest/Back/Legs/Shoulders/Arms/Rest/Rest? This way you only work each group once a week but the other way you work each group twice a...
