To build muscle in general all muscle groups am i best to lift as heavy as i can for 8 reps for 4 sets per exercise or am i best going with the traditional advice of lowering the weight slightly so i can get in 12 reps for 4 sets with better form and a slower tempo like a 2-2-4 tempo
