How's my nutrition?

I'm 5'9 and weigh 125, 15 years of age. I've watched some of scooby's videos and he showed a picture saying at a body weight of 120, you should intake 1200 calories and 120g protein a day to build muscle and lose fat. Well that's what I've been doing for the past 2 weeks, and been doing...

seriously considering not doing squats or deadlifts until i'm at least 140 lbs

I don't know my exact weight right now but I've only been bulking for two weeks so if it went up it's probably only about 1lb heavier. I'm considering not doing squats or deadlifts because pretty much everything can hurt my back (if I don't lift anything heavy then it won't hurt almost at all)....

E.G. I'm currently able to bench 65kg for 3sets of (5).. However, the last couple reps on the last set is a slight struggle, nonetheless, i've hit my rep range and sets. That was my first week of lifting, i'm now in my second. So should I try 70kg 3x5? I work out alone, i'm slightly...

Full body workouts and their effectiveness?

For the past 2-3 weeks I have been going to the gym at least 4-5 times a week for around 2-3 hours at a time. Anyone who's been here for a while knows who I be. Ask away, want to help some people and maybe learn something new myself. If you don't know who I am, why would you believe me? Don't, see if I care. But I know I'm right, otherwise I wouldn't give you the answer. :)
