High or low reps?

Was doing bicep curls, and was wondering if you should do a higher amount of reps (lighter weight) or a lower amount of weight (heavier weight) for more definition and more size in the biceps?

What your easiest/hardest body part to grow?

My legs are very large. I dont think I have ever had a problem with a goal, concerning my legs. My bicep has to be my hardest bodypart to grow lmao! I'm not saying I can't make it larger, its just that it takes soo long! Simply Put: Calves = 15 inches Bicep = 11 inches
