Lightbulb Do you even need to cut?

Surely a clean bulk would be more effective as instead f losing the fat you could turn it into muscle, and what little is left will be spread thinner. I've decided instead of bulking and cutting I'll dirty bulk and clean bulk, I can't afford the supplements to clean bulk all year round.

So I was eating at 2650 when I was working out 5 days a week which a 500 cal surplus but I went to 6 days a week about a month ago and this means I would be in a 250 cal surplus. Does that 1 extra day make a huge difference or should I bump it up to 2900?

Is it bad to log foods as a teen?

I used to log my food all the time and enjoyed doing so, primarily when cutting and a bit when bulking, but now it feels like such a job to do now. I know some people say "Don't log food. Just eat." I log so I know how many calories I'm eating so I can make sure I'm in a surplus. And I also like to...

I'm 16 years old, never post in these forums whatsoever. Been training for 2.5 yrs, doing intense and hardcore calisthenics/oldschool bodybuilding mix. Like many of you, Frank Zane is my "goal" whether it'll happen in my lifetime or not. I've always had a great pair of abs from the start, but I...

Bodyweight (stupid question)

I know this sounds a bit stupid but I am just getting back into training after a knee injury. I've found that i have lost a lot of strength due to not training or playing rugby. I can manage 29 push ups in 30 seconds. However, I think the form is pretty bad. So I would presumably gain more...

If you gain strength and increase your 1 RM ... will you gain more mass ?

In your opinion , if you follow a strength routine for 5-6 months , increase your 3 main lifts 1 RM ( Squat , Bench , Deadlift ) and then switch to an hypertrophy program , will you gain a lot of mass in little time ?
