School lunches?

I was wondering if anybody knew any good lunches that are high in protein and calories. My school has no microwaves, so my food can't be heated. I also have to wait 4 hours to eat the food I packed. Also, some foods that I can eat between classes other than just protein shakes? Thanks.

Can't properly flex chest during bench or dips

Althoguh I can bench up to 100kg with somewhat wide grip, I feel that when I perform either the bench press or dips I cannot contract the pecs properly. On the dips I do feel my pecs contracting but I'm not forcing them to contract . Any tips???
