I figured my macros and would need about 130 grams of fat to meet my caloric needs. But why have 130 grams of fat when you can have 50 grams of fat and 180 grams of carbs for the same amount of calories?

Hello everyone I have been on keto diet since the last 10 days. The usual keto level with my Precison xtra is around 3.5mmol/l. Today i did my first Intermittent fast - around 18hrs into the fast, I found my ketone level at 5.9mmol/L. Does higher ketone levels mean higher fat breakdown?
