Lower Abs Help

My bottom to abs will not pop out to complete my 6 pack. I am a highschool wrestler and am very fit and less then 10% body fat. My other 4 abs pop out very nicely and I even have the V line thing that women love. I work out at least twice a day doing all kinds of exercises. Help.

Bench press sticking point?
