Just a Q. For stiff legged deadlifts, does it essentially work like a back extension? Where you keep your legs straight and lifting with your lower back, while trying to keep your hamstrings involved by focusing on stretching them during the movements?

Lower back/abs

Why does strengthening the lower back make the lower abs protrude forward? It is not even a matter of weak abs it is like my posture has changed in to an S shape and the result is that I look like i have a belly? Any way to ccounter this?

Deadlift, small plates, bar too low
