Would it be beneficial to do ALL exercises standing up (when possible) ??

For example, All forms of rows/OHP/raises etc. Is it worth doing them all standing for the added core/stability work ? Or does it really matter

Uneven Bench Press

When I do bench press, sometimes my left side goes up quickly, while my right side struggles. It only happens on my heaviest set when I get down to the last rep. Otherwise it's even. Replacing Squat/Deadlift with a trap bar

There is obviously trap bar deadlift which is in the middle of these 2. But 1 exercise never fully does the work of 2 -- so what else should I sub in? I have dumb bells as well. At the moment the plan is trap bar lunges.

Bench press barbell

I bench with a fairly close grip, for some reason when I widen my grip I get a little more pressure on my left shoulder. Is it something I'm doing wrong? When I narrow my grip I don't get any pain/twing.
