Any negatives in switching overhead press, deadlift, and barbell row to dumbbells?

Is it bad if I do abs 5 days a week? (nothing hardcore though)

I don't really like many ab exercises except for the cable crunch. Would it be detrimental to do 3x10 of those 5 days a week just at the end of my regular workout?

Rich pianas 8 hour arm marathon

This 8 hour arm workout added almost an inch to my arms! from 11,4 inches to 12 inches, (im 13, thats why they are so small) it was a really hard workout, but it was totally worth it! Anyone else tried it and what are your results? If you havent tried it i really recommend it!
