Heavy bench press form

Height Concern

I'm currently 15 and 5'7-8. I'm really not satisfied wth this height, as some kids in my school are 6'5 and so on. My dad is 6'2, and my mo is around 5'3 so I should be growing taller but I was 5'5 two years ago. Am I growing in the right amount of time? Will I at least be 6 ft?

If glycogen stores can't be spent in one single session, then why...?

Is it not recommended to do cardio and lift afterwards? I've always read that its better to lift and then cardio because glycogen "gets used" first so you wouldn't have energy. But since glycogen can't be spent in such a small timeframe, why can't I cardio+lift ?
