Working the long head of the triceps

I knew standing triceps extensions train the long head of the triceps, but someone recently told me skullcrushers behind the head train them as well. Can anyone confirm? What other exercises train the long head of the triceps?

Mixing Chest and Shoulder. Best way to have it done?

Sharp Back Pain during Squats

I got a sharp back pain doing squats when lifting with a trainer. I was doing more reps than usual. I think my form might have been bad and I was leaning forward too much. I am 6'3" and have a long back. I almost dropped the weights it was so bad.

Sumo vs. Conventional Deadlift

Would you say it's fine to either ONLY do conventional or ONLY sumo deadlifts? Dumb bells for chest instead of Barbell?

I always workout alone now and I always seem to push it a little to much to get that last rep so I switched over to dumb bells Will it not build my chest as well? I'd say it's my most lagging body part besides arms and abs. I started doing cable flys too.
