Dip vs pullup strength

Shoulders not gaining

I'm making very good gains in strength in all of my routines for the exception of strict press. It's my first shoulder exercise after warmup. I have tried all I know to do, but lost at this point. Any advice would be great. Thanks

Standing Press Issue (Some Guidance)

wearing a belt during compound lifts, and do abs separately

I don't wear a belt but i was just wondering, what if you could wear a belt right, (correct me if im wrong but wearing belts will not work your core/abdomain), and then do your ab/ core exercises, could that compensate for wearing a belt?

Arms are different sizes..

So, my Right arm is a decent size bigger than my left arm. I know this is common with a lot of people but is there anything I should do to try to even them out? Also when I was doing chest today, I was doing cable flys and I noticed that my left pec gets more of a squeeze than my right pec....

Flat DB Bench press numbers compared to flat BB bench?

Just wondering where these normally differ. Just started trying flat DB bench. I can do 140 for 5 reps with BB, but when i tried flat DB it seemed like I could only do 45 on each side....Does this sound pretty normal? Or should I be able to do more?
