How do I count/do drop set properly?

Deadlifting without touching the floor

What do you guys think to lowering the bar just before touching the floor then returning back up? I was wondering if it had any benefit for hypertrophy as for one you're not losing any tension by placing it on the floor then returning from a deadstop and 2 you wouldn't get any cheat with it...

link between strength training and oily skin?
