How do I fix this shoulder inflexibility?

Knee Bend Deadlift

So yesterday I was deadlifting, I always look at my self in the mirror and dont see any knee bending but a dude took a vid of my form and my Right knee bent in very slightly, but not my left. Is this something to worry about?

Unhappy upper mid back and pain and neck when look up after starting deadlift
