Shoulder involvement in dips?

I never feel my shoulders working hard in dips, just triceps and lower chest. Even when going weighted with 2-3 plates it's the same. Is this just poor "muscle mind" connection on my part or are shoulders not that involved in dips anyway?

[Form Check] Deadlift and Squat

How Much Resting Time Any Muscle Needs To Again Take Workout Load?

Well, as the thumb rule, we all do exercise and then give rest to that particular muscle for next 2 days or so, before working on the same muscle group. The question is, is there any particular timing, preferred, that we must keep in mind when it comes for muscle relaxation? I've heard some pro...

I do both Flat Barbell Bench Press and Weighted Push-Ups in the same workout.

Will these exercises make my pectoral muscles bigger? I do 5 reps with each, 5x5 on the Bench Press and 3x5 on the Weighted Push-Ups.

I'm a high school senior wrestler that has been training during the off season for wrestling by going to a private club, hitting up the gym, and going to camps. Today I had to wrestle off a sophmore for a varsity spot. The kid has no technique, all he does is use his brute strength, go for...

How low do you go on presses

I have seen many personal trainers talk about not going below parallel on bench press or overhead press since it's more bad then good. They say that lowering your elbows below parallel will damage your rotator cuffs and eventually tear them. Do any of you advanced lifters agree with this? ...
