Unhappy Upper back problems ?

I'm 22 and never really worked out in my life. I'm very unfit but want to make a change but whenever I do lifts or anything my upper back aches for hours sometimes up to a day. I have never injured my back before and I stretch and warm up before I do anything, I also don't do any heavy lifting...

Box Squats (18 inch box) good as normal below parallel barbell back squats

So recently I hit a 225 box squat @ 124 lbs bodyweight but I only deep squat 185. Is the box squat as good of a mass builder as deep squats ?

Improving squat form

DB Flies vs Resistance band flies

I currently do band flies at home but my bands are not the stackable kind, so hard to increment. I'm thinking of going back to DBs. Is the weaker range of motion a potential issue (not much weight on the top half of the movement)?

Running muscles

Can I Deadlift twice a week?

I do a 6 day PPL workout and really love Deadlifts. Would it be acceptable to do heavy (My 5 RM) Deadlifts on the first Pull day and lighter weight Deadlifts with higher reps (6-8) on the second Pull day?

Lats gets sore with push ups but not with pull ups??

Hey i found this weird that after 1 week i couldn't go to the gym so i did like 5 sets 25 push ups to just keep muscles from working and i had the worst sore lats for the next 5 days!
