Question how should I do workout program?

So I decided to get gym membership and follow Jim Stoppani's 12 weeks program but how am I supposed to do it? Like do 1 set exercise 1, wait 1:30 minutes then do next set of exercise 1 or do exercise 1,2,3,4.. and then have a break for 1:30 minute? Sorry for dumb question >.<

Complete Noob set question.

Hi all, So i'm a bit confused by sets. If i'm supposed to be doing 5 sets of 6,5,4,3 & 2 am right in thinking this means doing each set 5 times? Also do i do it in the same order or is it 5 sets of 6 reps, then onto 5 sets of 5 reps then 5 sets of 4 reps etc etc? Thanks :)

Can the bicep curl machine cause significant imbalance

I love the bicep machine as much as I do dumbbells. I get such an amazing pump but I'll always feel my right bicep getting a bit more of a workout than my left. I fear I'll have to stop using it and just stick to dumbbells for a while :/

How much strength are we expected to loose if we cut from 25 to 10 percent body fat

Say if I work out the same intensity and eat my body weight protein- is it possible to keep nearly all strength? For example Squat is 300lb times 5 reps. Bench is 290lb- 3 reps. Would you say its reasonable to be able to squat and bench the same amount as I can now- But maybe just less...
