Hooray- Made 2.6 Mil after 5 days of lifting, so I can relax tomorrow before my 9 AM implant. Relax- No coffee, water, food, until post surgery. Outpatient stuff. Can't wait to get this part done, then it is wait some more. Takes too long. Patience grass-hopper.

Happy Thursday fit fam. Today was leg day and another chalkless deadlift session 😭😭. Worked up to 400lbs for 5 reps then hang cleans afterwards. Rest of the workout went well. Did sprint cycle class after. Push day tomorrow. GO CRUSH FRIDAY!
